This Privacy Policy explains how Lady Kristina LLC, doing business as Luxury Yacht Charters ("Lady Kristina," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit luxuryyachtscharters.com, call or text us, or send us an inquiry. It also includes the terms of our text messaging program.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

Inquiry forms: your name, phone number, email address, the charter you're interested in, your preferred date, and any comments you add.
Phone calls: your phone number, the date, time, and length of the call, and a recording of the call. Calls to our numbers are recorded, and you'll hear a notice at the start of every call. Voicemails are recorded as well.
Text messages: your phone number and the content of the messages you send us, including any photos.
Anything else you choose to share with us by phone, text, or email while planning a charter.

Information collected automatically

The pages you visit on our site, the page you first arrived on, the website or ad that sent you to us, and any campaign tags in the link (such as UTM parameters or a Google Ads click ID).
Basic device information, such as your browser type, and your IP address. For call tracking, we store only a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and delete it within two hours. Our analytics and advertising providers also receive your IP address when you visit.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar browser storage to run the site and understand how it's used:

Google Analytics, to see how visitors find and use our site.
Google Ads conversion tracking, including website call tracking, to measure which ads lead to inquiries and calls.
Google Tag Manager, which loads these Google tools.
Wix, our website host, which sets cookies the site needs to work and collects basic site statistics.
Call tracking: to learn which ad or website brought in a call, our site may show you a unique phone number. We save a small record in your browser so you keep seeing the same number for up to 90 days.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Google ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com. Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

To answer your inquiry, check availability, and plan and book your charter.
To respond to your calls and text messages.
To train our team and maintain service quality (call recordings).
To understand which ads and pages bring in inquiries, and to improve our website and advertising.
To protect our phone lines from spam and abuse.
To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Your Information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us:

HubSpot, our customer management system, which receives inquiry form submissions and stores our contact history with you.
Wix, which hosts our website and forms.
Our phone and text messaging providers, which route and store calls, call recordings, and text messages.
Google (Analytics and Ads). When a Google ad leads to a phone call, we report the call to Google Ads using the ad click information, not your phone number.
Our website and marketing agency, which manages our site, advertising, and call tracking, and receives call notifications.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

When you text any Lady Kristina phone number listed on our website or our Google Business Profile, you agree to receive text messages from Lady Kristina about your inquiry.

What you'll receive: an automatic reply confirming we got your message, followed by replies from our team about your inquiry, such as availability, pricing questions, booking details, and trip logistics. Our team may reply from our main business line, (561) 722-1113. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) at any time. You may receive one final message confirming you've opted out, and we won't text that number again unless you text us first.

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Your mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with anyone for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers that operate our texting service, such as our phone and messaging providers, only as needed to send and receive your messages. All other sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep inquiry, call, and text records for as long as we need them to plan and support charters, keep business records, and meet legal requirements, and then delete them. Website visit records used for call tracking are deleted after about six months.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@luxuryyachtscharters.com.
If we email you, you can ask us to stop at any time.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. Contact us and we'll respond as the law requires.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
